Mansfield University Home PageMansfield University is proud to announce the opening of a new track within its Master of Arts in Music program. The Collaborative Piano MA is designed for two groups of pianists:
- Professional accompanists who seek to enhance their skills and increase their marketability through an advanced degree in their field
- Recently graduated pianists who are interested in developing the skills necessary to pursue a career in chamber music and accompanying
Graduate Assistantships are available - GA's include a tuition waiver and a bi-weekly stipend in return for accompanying assignments as determined by departmental need
A grad program that fits your schedule! The MA can be completed in one year of residency and summer on-line courses
Prepares pianists for collaborating with vocalists and instrumentalists with coursework that addresses the specific needs of both genres
Work with accomplished musicians and teachers - Mansfield's piano, instrumental and vocal faculty are known throughout the region, the country, and the world.
